Lukas is a Flutter & Dart GDE and a member of the Blue Fire open source collective, which are most known for the Flame game engine and Audioplayers. On his free time Lukas enjoys building keyboards, climbing and of course; developing Flame.

Pub Workspaces

Pub Workspaces is a new exciting feature that is built-in to Dart to help you organize your monorepos. With pub workspaces all of your packages in your monorepo are automatically interconnected without you having to care about path overrides or multiple heavy analyzer processes running in the background. In this talk we'll go through how to set up your pub workspace and what the advantages and disadvantages are of using it. We will also talk about how the new version of Melos is utilizing pub workspaces and how you can migrate your previous monorepos to the new version.
